Privacy Policy

At PnP Technologies LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our studio is built on the philosophy that your data belongs to you, and your device should be a private sanctuary. This policy outlines our commitment to that belief.

1. Local-First by Design

The core architecture of our software, including Ai Executive Assistant, Cine Drive, and Family Finance, is "local-first." This means that your files, transcripts, memories, financial transaction ledgers, and captured media are stored and processed directly on your Apple hardware. We do not maintain cloud databases for your private content.

2. On-Device Intelligence & Processing

We leverage native on-device frameworks (such as the Apple Neural Engine, Vision OCR, and PDFKit) to perform complex tasks locally. No audio transcripts, parsed bank statements, or scanned receipt data are ever transmitted to our servers for processing. Family Finance additionally stores its ledger in a sandboxed local SwiftData database and lets you export and restore SQLite backups you control. This ensures 100% privacy and lightning-fast performance without external surveillance.

3. Optional iCloud Synchronization

For software features that support synchronization across your personal Apple devices (such as Family Finance), all data is transferred directly and securely using Apple’s native CloudKit network. This synchronization utilizes your private iCloud container. PnP Technologies LLC does not host, run, or have access to any server middleman or database, meaning we have zero visibility or access to your synchronized ledger data.

4. Data Collection

We do not collect personal identifiers, email addresses (unless you contact support), or usage behavior for the purpose of tracking or advertising. We do not have "accounts" for our software; your identity is managed by your device's native security systems.

5. Support Communications

If you contact us at support@pnpsaas.com or privacy@pnpsaas.com, we will only use your email address to provide the requested assistance. We do not share these addresses with third parties.

6. Purchases & Payments

Family Finance Ledger and other Mac App Store apps sold by PnP are purchased through Apple. Apple processes payments and subscriptions via In-App Purchase / StoreKit. We never see or store your payment card details. Subscription status is validated on-device with Apple; we do not run a billing backend for Family Finance.

For any non–App Store software we may sell through another merchant of record, that merchant handles checkout securely. We only receive the minimum information required to fulfill delivery (such as a license entitlement). We never see or store your payment card details in that case either.
