Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pnptechnologiesllc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use PnPSaaS for personal projects
• Use PnPSaaS for commercial projects and applications
• Modify the source code to suit your specific needs
• Create derivative works based on PnPSaaS for your own use

This license is granted for a single user or organization. Each purchase entitles you to use PnPSaaS in accordance with these Terms.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reselling the PnPSaaS source code or any portion thereof
• Redistributing the source code to third parties, whether for free or for compensation
• Sub-licensing or granting rights to use the source code to others
• Sharing your license or access credentials with others
• Using PnPSaaS to create a competing product or service that directly competes with PnPSaaS
• Removing or altering any copyright notices, proprietary labels, or trademarks from the source code

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.

PnPSaaS, including all source code, documentation, designs, and related materials, is the exclusive property of Pnptechnologiesllc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in PnPSaaS. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in PnPSaaS remain with Pnptechnologiesllc. You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original PnPSaaS codebase.

Due to the digital nature of the PnPSaaS source code, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. For technical support, contact support@pnpsaas.com.

All payments and billing are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. For payment-related inquiries, please contact Lemon Squeezy directly or reach out to us at support@pnpsaas.com.

PnPSaaS is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pnptechnologiesllc disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that the software will meet your requirements
• Warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted

You assume full responsibility for the use of PnPSaaS and any results obtained from such use. We do not guarantee that PnPSaaS will be compatible with all systems or that it will function without errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pnptechnologiesllc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Loss of business opportunities
• Cost of substitute products or services

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for PnPSaaS. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Your purchase includes access to lifetime updates for PnPSaaS. We will notify you of major updates via email when available.

While we strive to provide support and assistance, we do not guarantee specific response times or that all issues will be resolved. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and may be limited to email communication.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of PnPSaaS and delete all copies of the source code from your systems. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to the address associated with your purchase (for significant changes)

Your continued use of PnPSaaS after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using PnPSaaS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pnptechnologiesllc operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PnPSaaS shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
